Late? We remind, we wait, we pause. We never delete.
Reminders 30, 7 and 1 days before a renewal. After the date, 14 days’ grace, then the service pauses until you pay. Your email, website and name are never deleted because a payment was late.
One-off work of $50 or more can be paid in parts: a 40% deposit, then two monthly parts. Websites from Razzy Graphics include Home for the first 12 months, then $5 a month.
✳ How it works
You tell us the name. We do the rest.
Everything happens on WhatsApp, and nothing is charged before we confirm.
Pick your name and plan
Here on this page, or on WhatsApp.
We confirm the name
We check it with the registry and tell you the papers it needs. A .co.zw is registered in your business’s name, so the registry asks for your ID or company papers.
You pay by EcoCash
Nothing is charged before we confirm the name and the price.
We set everything up
The name, your mailboxes, and the records inboxes check before they trust a sender (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). We send a test email, then hand over your logins and a one-page guide for your phone.
We renew it every year
And remind you before anything is due.
✳ Already have email or a website?
Keep what works. We move the rest.
On Gmail or another host?
Keep using the inbox you know: we forward info@yourbusiness.co.zw to it for free. Or move to real mailboxes at your name: we copy your old email across and switch over on a quiet day, so no message is lost.
Website somewhere else?
We move it to fast hosting on Cloudflare and point your name at it. Your visitors see the same site, faster, with the padlock.
✳ Questions
Good questions.
Who owns my name?
Your business does. We register it in your business’s name and look after it for you. If you ever leave, we transfer it to you.
What happens if I pay late?
We remind you before the date and on it. After the date you get 14 days’ grace, then the service pauses until you pay. Nothing is deleted.
Can I see my email on my phone?
Yes: in the mail app you already use, or in your browser. We set it up with you.
Do you only work with websites Razzy Graphics built?
No. Any business can use Razzy Mail for its name, email and hosting. Websites we build include all three for the first year.
How long does it take?
A .co.zw name is registered once the registry has checked your ID or company papers, as its rules require. We tell you the ready day before you pay, and set up your email as soon as the name is live.
✳ Order
Let’s get you your address.
We confirm the name and the price on WhatsApp before you pay anything.
